Luxury Sweep is a registered trade name of Vega Enterprises LLC ("Luxury Sweep," "we," "us"). When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, property address, ZIP code, the service you are interested in, your notes, and any photos or videos you upload so we can prepare your quote. Our website also collects standard analytics data such as pages visited and device type.
We use your information to prepare and deliver your quote, schedule and perform cleaning services, send you confirmations and reminders, answer your questions, process payments, and improve our services. We only send you what relates to your request and your bookings.
If you check the SMS consent box on our quote form, or text our business number first, we will send you text messages about your quote and your bookings: your personal secure upload link, your quote, appointment confirmations, and reminders. Message frequency varies based on booking activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help.
Your mobile phone number, your text messaging originator opt-in data, and your SMS consent are never shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The only exception is service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver the messages you asked for, such as our messaging carrier, and they may not use your information for anything else.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as payment processing, scheduling, and messaging delivery, and only for those purposes; or when the law requires it. Photos and videos you upload are used only to prepare your quote and deliver your service.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You can ask us to review, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing bookings@luxurysweep.net. We will respond within 30 days.
Your information is stored on access-controlled systems and shared inside our team only as needed to serve you. We keep booking records for as long as we need them for service history, accounting, and legal requirements, then delete them.
If we change this policy we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
