Our text messaging program is called Luxury Sweep SMS. When you opt in through the SMS consent checkbox on our quote form at luxurysweep.net/get-a-quote, or by texting our business number (725) 600-0377 first, we send you text messages about your quote and your bookings: your personal secure photo upload link, your quote, appointment confirmations, and appointment reminders. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies based on booking activity.
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan.
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and nothing further after that.
Reply HELP to any message for help. You can also reach our support team any time at bookings@luxurysweep.net or by calling or texting (725) 600-0377.
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. Your mobile phone number, your text messaging originator opt-in data, and your SMS consent are never shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Quotes are prepared from the photos, videos, and details you submit and are confirmed with you before service. Scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations are handled at bookings@luxurysweep.net or (725) 600-0377.
If we change these terms we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
